Heather helps both Arthur (my pup) and I through our ringcraft training. She identified how my behaviours and actions were having an impact on him.

***** Heather has a lovely way with our puppy Lucy. She is very gentle and patient and listens well to things we struggle with at home. She is always full of good ideas and has really helped us improve Lucy's behaviour generally. She has suggested fun games to help keep her stimulated and entertained at home. These also encourage our daughter to get involved with the training. We can't thank Heather enough for the time and effort she has put in to helping us train Lucy and settle her onto our family.

*****Heather was amazing with our one-year-old rescue Golden Retriever, Walter. He had spent most of his puppyhood in kennels, had no manners, and was overly socialised. From the very first few minutes of meeting Heather, I knew we were in safe hands. The difference in Walter after just one session was incredible! Although we had to pause training due to his castration, we’re really looking forward to working with Heather again in the future.

***** Couldn't recommend enough! Heather has absolutely transformed our Romainain Rescue, and we'll always be so thankful. We started with 1-1 sessions and did the final few at puppy class. Her calm nature really helped us as anxious new dog parents, and she definitely knows her stuff.
